Lucky John & Norfin brands to enter north American Market

Sean Warner named North American Marketing and Promotions Manager

Riga, Latvia, April 29, 2016– The Salmo Group, Ltd. today announced its intent to expand its operations to meet the needs of the North American fishing and outdoors enthusiast. The Company intends to roll out both the Lucky John line of fishing lures, tackle, and equipment, as well as the Norfin line of all season fishing, hunting, and outdoors apparel to selected target markets in North America, with deliveries scheduled to start in the latter part of 2016. Both brand lines will be showcased at the 2016 ICAST Trade Show and Expo 12-15 July 2016, in Orlando, Florida.

Guntars Vaisla, Chief Executive Officer of the Salmo Group, Ltd., today also announced the appointment of Sean Warner as the North American representative of the Company. Mr. Warner has an extensive history in international business and Eastern European affairs, and enjoys being a competitive ice angler in the United States. Mr. Warner is also highly involved in the promotion of sport angling, conservation, resource management, and youth fishing education at both the domestic and international levels.

Earlier in April, Mr. Warner spent some time in Riga, touring the company’s production and administrative facilities, and also meeting with company management, production and manufacturing managers, design managers, and brand line managers.
